Hao Yuan Investment Pte Ltd today announced Queens Peak (女皇碧苑) at Dundee Road will open for preview on Saturday, 22 October. Queens Peak will be the first residential project to boast seamless, above-ground connectivity to an MRT station. From the 2nd storey of Queens Peak, residents will enjoy direct and sheltered access to the Queenstown MRT Station concourse, bypassing the street level pedestrian crowd.

Queens Peak will have a total of 736 units across two 44-storey towers which are connected by a 6-storey carpark as well as a Sky Terrace with lifestyle facilities on the 7th storey. Both residential towers will also each have an additional Sky Terrace clustered with lifestyle facilities on the 27th storey. Units are strategically perched on the 8th storey onwards to escape from the street level hubbub and command better views.

The units in Queens Peak are classified into two collections: Botanic Collection comprising 1- to 3-bedroom units from 8th storey to 26th storey; and Skye Collection comprising 3- to 5-bedroom units and single-storey 5-bedroom penthouses from 28th storey to 44th storey.
